Well first off I want to find out how to downgrade two of my friends PSP With Original Sony Firmware...I have CFW 3.71 M33-4 and that is how I made the Pandora Battery + MMS...But I was wondering if I needed to go through the steps like I did with my Fat PSP TA-082 to add custom Firmware from Original Firmware or can I just put the Pandora + MMS into there Original FAT PSP and be able to skip all the steps of hooking it up to the computer and using Dark Alex's stuff to make it a CFW PSP.

I made a Pandora Battery and MMS with this guide...

I believe one of my friends has 2.81 Original Firmware and the other one has 2.71 I believe...

I was wondering couldn't I just put the Pandora Battery and MMS in there PSPs to Upgrade them to 3.71 M33-2 or will it kill there PSPs??

that's the whole point of pandora's battery; to make downgrading/upgrading easier.

So Your Saying I can just put Pandora + MMS in there Original Firmware PSP's and start it up to Upgrade it without any problems?

If you've got the Pandora Battery and MMS by using UPMS v.4 you are all set.. seriously easy to follow especially with all the guides posted on this forum.
