i only kinda know the difference
one is european and one is north american
i bought my wii in north america
does it ONLY play NTSC games or can i play both?
and if i had a mod, could i play both?

NTSC wii's play NTSC games,and Pal wii's play Pal. If you mod your wii or use freeloader, it can play any region.
