for 31.99$+shipping but wait theres more =D theres a 15$ mail in rebate so you get your item for like 25 bucks shipping is about 4.50$
they also have 4gb sony memory cards its the entertainment pack ones it comes with a free movie download (only works on psp or ps3 and once downloaded it cant be downloaded again and if deleted well.. you wont have it anymore)

As others said, it's not so great a deal when you consider Lexar's restrictions.
A better deal imo, is a genuine 4gb Sandisk from buy.com for $30, free shipping. However, you MUST buy directly from buy.com. If you buy from the alternate vendors, you may get scammed with a counterfeit.
