Battery Problem! Help please!!

Ok I have the orignal PSP with the original PSP battery. I was playing on my PSP until my battery suddenly went from 100% to 0%. I tried to charge it but it won't,it'll just stay the same! It says this when I look into my battery:

Hours Left -
Power Status External
Battery Status Charge Complete

I tried to put it in my bro Slim PSP but it does the same so I know its the battery for sure!

Failed Soultions:
Putting (+) and (-) with wires with tongues
Draining and recharge
Let it charge over night and day
Leave it uncharge for a week
