What can firmware 3.03 do for me?

Hi guys, I recently upgraded to firmware 3.03, i read somewhere on the net that you can do alot with this firmware. I'm hoping to back-up my PSP games and play them off the Magic mem cards, and also play a SNES emulator on it, will firmware 3.03 allow me to do this?

is it 3.03 OE Custom Firmware??
or is it regular sony firmware

is it a slim or a phat?

dont do any updates till we find out where you are

Its a phat one and it just says firmware 3.03 so at a guess its official.

ok to play games from the memory stick you will need to install custom firmware ill edit this post
with a guide on how to get you to the latest firmware
in a little bit

EDIT
ok so what your going to do is

download this file

then here is a video tutorial on using

and this will bring you to firmware 1.50

ok so now youll be on 1.50 so you can use this guide to upgrade to 3.71m33-2 and from there upgrade to 4.01m33-2
