hello can someone give me a good website to buy a modchip from IN THE UK
also my chip is d2a so i should be compatible with most ones

MORE IMPORTANTLY
can i still INSTALL modchips if my firmware is 3.2E ?

I'm not in the UK so I cant recommend any sites, but with a D2A you'll probably want to go with a wiikey, as its cheap and fairly easy to find.

FIRMWARE VERSION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MODCHIPS. WHEN WILL YOU PEOPLE FLIPPIN LEARN TO SEARCH FOR AN ANSWER?!

Actually i did search but all i could find was people saying the modchips worked with the new firmwares but i wasnt sure if you could still install them for the first time at that firmware
