1.Do my wii have to be the latest firmware, v3.3 to upgrade the lastest wiikey firmware?

2.Can we play any games for wii so far yet without bricking with the newest wiikey firmware?

3. Can someone give me a good instruction for soldiering wiikey to the wii-clip v3 and opening the wii instruction please? Thanks.

I didn't soldier my wiikey key yet, but I'm just asking. I'm a total noob. Please don't go harsh on me. Thanks again!

1) firmware version has nothing to do with the modchip

2) I dont fully understand what you're asking, but anytime you run an out of region update you're gonna brick the console

A guide for soldering the wiikey to the clip should be on the wii-clip website
