I want to put the Oxford dictionary into my PSP ,version3.71. I heard there's one but what ever i've tried it won't work .Pls help

You'll need to either study up on Custom Firmwares (CFWs) and mod your PSP, or find someone with a Modded PSP to do it for you.

There are several good custom firmwares out there with support for homebrew applications such as Dictionaries, homebrew games, media players, and more.

You'll need a CFW if you want to put things like that on your PSP. You'll also need a good-sized memory card, I recommend 2GB or more.

If you decide against modding your PSP, however, you can always use dictionary.com from your PSP's Web Browser.
