How to copy games from PC to PS2 HDD

Hi:

1. What type of file (las 3 letter of file name) are the game images tha can ve copied to a PS2 that already have a hard disk drive?

2. How can i copy games from my PC to my PS2 hard disk drive? It already have some games in the HDD and there is a loader program there also.

3. How can i burn and copy to my PS2 HDD a copy of an original PS2 game that i have in an an original PS2 DVD?

4. Any guide on how to deal with these type of questions?

You can check this guide on using Winhiip 1.7.6 to transfer games to hdd from pc.

Usually it only transfers ISO images.

As for your Original PS2 game, you need to download Imgburn, and create and ISO image from the disk using your PC.

Then you can transfer the ISO image to your hdd using WinHiip.

I'm new to this, but I also saw a program called HDL_Dump (sp?) that allows you to copy from the PS2 drive to your HDD. If you have uLaunch, you can copy HDL from a USB flash drive to your memory card, or just launch it from there, and run the program. However, if your laser is dead/dying like mine, your stuck using a PC and a method like the one posted above.

Yes there is the hdl dump - I have used it just too see what it was like.

It works but is slower.
