I'm trying to convert Resident Evil to XviD using VirtualDub. Here's my problem: when lowering the Aspect Ratio to 320x240, the movie looks extremely weird. Its original Aspect Ratio is 1:85:1. So, is it possible to convert it to 320x240 without having it look so weird?

And if you're wondering, I like 320x240. It seems to provide a decent Aspect Ratio, yet the file size remains pretty good.
