Are there any PAL games that update the system?

I have a Pal Wii and have a couple of NTSC games that I have converted to Pal, but when I put them in they say they need a system update which I know is a no no from NTSC region games, so my question is, are there any PAL games which will do this update for me?

If you run an out of region disc it will always try and update as even if the firmware is upto date, it will want to add the missing news and forecast channels

hmmm, I've had a few NTSC discs that I've converted to Pal, and none of them have asked me to do a system update before....I tried Speed Racer PAL and that didnt ask me to update either....

Can anyone help?

Sorry I slightly misread your original post.

When you say you have converted them to PAL, what excatly do you mean ? What did you do to them ?
