you can only flash the battery if you havea psp slim that originally had 3.60, 3.70, or 3.71. if you just got it, you can't flash.

i got my psp at firm 2.71 them i had upgraded it to 3.95
few days later i went to a psp shop and the guy downgraded to 3.71 m33
and on friday i made 3.95 m33
he said i need pandora battery to dongrade it
so i dont ant to open it i have heard that there r programs that can do it for u
