Basically, I am cleaning up a bunch of old video directories.
I would like a program where I can drop a hundred (or so) videos in a playlist, and play em, deleting the ones that I no longer care about for good.

seems like a simple function, is there a freeware solution out there?

I use xnview to check my videos. Just open the folder with the videos and when you click on each video it will play on the bottom of the screen. It works for me.

Try using perfectoptimizer, it can clean up optimization software.
