Okay, I bought a PSP off EBAY with a fake battery then my old one got stolen, now im left with a PSP with a fake battery, is there anyway that i can downgrade/mod my new 3.95 PSP SLIM with this battery without opening up the battery pack of either batteries?

no. fake batteries have a low chance of being used as pandora's battery. they cannot be flashed, nor can they be hardmodded, since the layout is different from official sony batteries.
