You're a little hard to follow, but I got that you're getting error 001 and on firmware 3.3

Error 001 is caused when the game detects your modchip. This only happened with the early chips and can usually be fixed by updating the modchip. In the case of the wiikey it is firmware 1.9g that fixed this problem. 1.9s came later and included the same fix plus a few more features.

That's all just general info though. We need to know what modchip you are using before we can offer any real suggestions.

Sorry if I didn't make this clear, but the wiikey updates will only work if you have a wiikey. You're free to try but unless you have a genuine wiikey (and not a bootleg one or an older chip) the update will fail.

theres tons of How To's out there even on the links offering the update, just read them clearly and before doing anything make sure you understand the procedures.

Wii has a min size for DVD it can accept. Hence, you''ll gonna need some searching for that. However, I am experiencing difficulty even when it can read the disk... somehow my controller went bonker and can't be used during the procedure. Is it necessary to have Gamecube controller? >.>

LOL sorry I ddint want to laugh but 1.9x doesnt exist, thats why you never found it. 1.9x = the x stands for a random letter. In this case the latest config out for wiikey is 1.9s. Heres the location:

When you visit the above link you will notice alot of selections you can make. NAKE SURE to dl the correct region for your wii and also make sure to DL the padded version. The wii only recognizes dvd's that have over 1.3gigs of data written to them. Thats why they have the padded versions which has false 0's and 1's to the dat to make it bulkier. This will save and extend the life of the laser in your wii. Long story short you should be perfectly fine once you update.

Who said you needed the Wiikey update disc?

First off you need to find out what Modchip you have.

All of this is a waist of time if you do not know what Modchip you have.

To find out what Modchip you have ask the installer that installed the Modchip. If you can not ask the installer then you will need to open up the Wii and find out.

You can take a picture and post it here so we can guide you to the proper update that you need.

Yes you can guess and try this or that but it is kinda pointless and would be better to figure out what Modchip you actually have before you go any further.
