Hi I am only new here but I keep getting this error message when using DVD shrink.

The error message reads
DVD shrink encountered an error and connot continue Copy Protection Error
The request could not be performed because of an I/O Device error..

I hope someone can help !!!

Are you using the latest version of Shrink and what disc are you trying to backup?
