How can I flash my Benq drive?

do a search on how to flash benq and you will see a guide. also search for flashing 360 for dummies. i believe that is the name of it anyway.

follow my steps, easy as pie.

step 1: put USB stick into USB slot
2: open up iPrep
3: load firmware definition (1.4.1)
4: select drive letter from drop down box
5: hit make bootable
6: shut down computer
7: deassemble 360 and hook the dvd drive up to the PCI card
8: turn computer on, boot off the USB stick
9: follow command prompts (it will put the orig.bin on the USB stick after you run the dben 1234567 12345 command.)
10: shut down 360 and computer and restart into windows
11: open up Firmware toolbox and make sure the FW it dumped is a legit one. if so move on, if not do as i said before to copy and paste a legit key in it.
12: restart computer and boot off the USB drive.
13: follow command promts and run the fben 1234567 12345 command to erase/flash the drive with the 'hacked' firmware.
14: shut down 360 and computer
15: put a burnt game in it to make sure it plays.
16: if it plays, put 360 back together
17: if it doesnt play games, see if it will play original games then restart computer off the USB drive, hook 360 back up and run the rben 1234567 12345 command to restore it to original shape. and start over.

Is it true that you need a VIA Sata PCI Card or can you use any Sata Card?
