I was looking around GBA Temp for a solution for the Wall-E Bad Dump (Pal & NTSC) and I stumbled onto this: http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/index.php/W...y_List:_NTSC-US

If you Ctrl + F and type in " Wall-e " it shows up and says it works with certain details. The details state " 3.2U + D2CKey + RegionFrii 1.21 + Brickblocker1.3r "

I'm guessin the 3.2U & D2CKey are the modchip and firmware

RegionFrii 1.21 patches the PAL ISO to be a NTSC - U ISO
Can be downloaded here: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=722

Brickblocker 1.3r prevents the wii from getting a system update if the ISO is not the same as the region of the wii (i.e NTSC-U ISO on a PAL Wii)
Can be downloaded here: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=630

I have a Wiikey 1.9s and I was wondering if this same method would work for me or if anyone had a way to make the Wall-E ISO work completely?

Thanks in Advance

I just comfirmed that the Wall-E ISO works and does NOT stay at the loading screen when you select new game. I have NOT tested past selecting a new game (20 Sec into new game is all I played). I had burned the ISO on a Rewritable DVD at 2x in case it didn't work so I don't waste DVDs.

DIRECTIONS FOR THE WORKING ISO:

1. Search " [Wii] Wall-E ISO " in Google and select the 4th one down (minova.com)
2. Completely download and extract the torrent ( If you get an error saying the ISO is corrupted, use the WinRAR archive to repair it SEE BELOW)
3. Download the Patchers in the last reply (RegionFrii 1.21 & Brickblocker 1.3r)
4. Open RegionFrii 1.21 and load the Wall-E iso
5. Select USA for the target region. NOTE: This patch will patch the current ISO. I suggest you make a copy of the ISO incase something goes wrong)
6. Open Brickblocker 1.3r & load the ISO you just patched with Region Frii. Select patch.
7. Burn the ISO to a modchip-compatible DVD at 4x (my lowest setting on my DVD)

If the RAR file receives an error after extracting:

If you are running Windows, go to Start --> All Programs --> WinRAR Folder --> WinRAR.exe

In the program, find where you stored the RAR file. Right-click and select repair. Wait until the repair is finished. When completed, you should have a new RAR file with the same name as the original but with " rebuild.[Insert File Name] " . Extract it and it should work.

I am currently burning the ISO onto a permanent DVD. I will keep this post up to date with the burning.

I'm getting this little problem though. The Wall-E ISO runs but my Wii recognizes it about 1/10 times. Is there anything I can do so that my Wii will recognizes it easier?

hi buddy, just try reburning it at a lower speed and on better media.
right click iso then, properties and check image size should B a standered size. cant remember size as i delete iso's once i burnt them, but once you open it in imgburn it should match the original size.

I burned the ISO at 2x on IMGBurn and at first my Wii didn't recognize it so I kept putting in and taking it out till I got it 3 times in a row. On the 3rd time I hit start and when I hit new game this error came up: " An error has occurred, check Wii Manual " or somethin like but when I burned it on the rewritable disc at 2x, IT WAS FLAWLESS. The regular DVDs I use are TDK 1-16x 4.7G, btw. I'm thinkin of buyin Verbatim because that what my uncle burns them on and he has no problems.
