Will backups work on Verbatim DVD-R DL media

Hi all,

I normally buy verbatim DVD+R DL media but this time I mistakenly picked up the DVD- R DL and was wondering if this type works with xbox 360 backups as I havent used them before. If not I will return them and get my money back. Thanks in advance for your help.

From what I've gathered the 360 is picky about reading non-booktyped media. So I'd say don't bother and just exchange 'em.

I just bout the DVD-R DL ones and they don't work. Says it's unreadable, and I believe that's due to the fact their layer break can't be changed, making them unreadable by the xbox 360.

Oh-oh Homesick what have you done? lol Hey make sure the Verbatims you get are made in Singapore, NOT India, I've been hearing real bad things 'bout those, quality issues and what not.
