Hi there my name is becky, I have a Nokia 6111 which is bound to O2 i was wondering if maybe i could get a password/code to unlock it to any network, If that is not possible then could it just be unlocked to Orange. I know you probably get a lot of posts like this and hope you can help me. Thanks would be most apreciated.

If you enter the same code two times, that is two tries. To enter code:
Make sure battery is charged.
Put in a SIM from a new Network.
A new one or one with NO security PINs enabled.
Power on.
Select UNDO with NEW SIM in phone.
Press the # key.
then press the "star" key (*)
quickly to get the P and W and +
Press * 3 times quickly for (p) \
Press * 4 times quickly for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times quickly for (+) /
and the rest of the code---
Begin with # and end with #.
No spaces.
Select OK
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code. STOP tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction"
it is hard locked.

Hi again thank you for the password. I entered it and got a message saying phone restrictions are off.. Which is great or so i thought, I just tried putting my orange sim card in to phone and recieved an error message saying: sim card registration failed. there is also no signal being received.
Hi JG!! sorry i have another Nokia 6111 which is virgin, but also takes vodafone. I do get signal wen virgin sim is inserted but i am unable to make or receive calls not sure if this phone will be any easier to solve..
