RROD fix... should i but a talismoon fan along with the fix kit?

Hello. I already fixed a RROD on my 360 and now a friend's 360 needs the same. I had a new case and fan already before my RROD, but my friend's xbox is just stock. When i do the RROD fix, should i buy an upgraded talismoon fan? Also, should i get anything else..? thanks for the help!

you can do mate, but ive fixed about 7 of my friends xbox360s over the past yr that have had rrod, they still have stock fans in and none of them have had any problems since.

won't do any harm to add one would it, but its not absolutely necessary.
