Ok I have everything on my 360 plugged in but when I turn it on the picture doesnt show but I can hear everything in the bakground. I cut it off cut it back on and the same thing happens so I check the yellow video cord it's plugged in everything is plugged in but nothhing shows???????? does anyone kno wats wrong?

My mate has the same problem, only his drive wont open either. Have tried changing all leads but same thing happens. His drive tries to open but stops straight away. Have been told its a GPU problem..

Yeah I got paid with one of these same boxes for fixing a RROD and flashing a DVD drive for a guy. From what I've read everyone is saying that the motherboard is not recognizing the a/v cable or that something is burned out. Some have said that the xclamp replacement may fix it but nothing is saying that it's 100%.

I still have a warranty sticker on there so I'm going to try and send it back to MS and see if they will fix it for free. If not then I'll tear into it.

I hope someone can shed some light on this subject also.

I was just having a problem that sounds like that, I wasnt getting any video or audio on hd or standard and it was plugged in nice and tight. I power cycled the 360 by turning it off and pulling out the plug. My harddrive wasnt in all the way and when I pushed it in further and started the 360 it worked.
