hey guys i ave a problem with my 1 gig mem card in the psp when i try to copy a game from the pc i get this mesage "error the operation could not be done because of an i/o device error" so anyone know what that is pls help !!!1

how very odd try formating the memory card and see if that helps i/o is input output (i think).

is this via the psp usb or via a memory card reader?

i tryed formating mem stick several times and i opened the place where the mem stick is i cleaned it up and i cleaned the place where the usb output was is and nothing it is not working i taked the mem stick and trew it fucken mem stick

i dont know if this is the problem of mem card readar or the usb output on the psp

does the memory card work on the psp?

try using another device to connect the memory card to.

also try another memory card in the psp

does the memory card work on the psp (play music games....)?

if it doesnt work on the psp then the memory cards broken nothing realy you can do to fix it

if it does work on the psp then it may be the usb to check (CFW ONLY) you will need to access recovery mode and then connect the flash0,1,2,3 to the computer and see if they work
