Hi,

Sorry m8, there is nothing we can do....You need to flash the phone with debranded software (to remove the time tank) then directly unlock.

You will have to find a shop that offers this service.

I am glad I didn't pay much for the thing. A bit pricey for the paperweight that it is, but it could have been worse.
