Rock Band problem with gecko os

After Testing many of the suggested resolution on afterdawn, my rock band is still not working in some way. I own a wii 3.3j NTSC+ wiikey 1.9s + homebrew+ gecko OS. Also a wii 3.3u from my friend without any forms of modification

Here is what I have come up with.

I wan't able to run both original and back up US rockband through wiikey 1.9s. It keep prompting the update. Then i use homebrew+gecko os and I was able to get both my orignial US rockband disk and backup trucha signed US rockband disk to run. The thing is my instrument wouldn't load up. By that i mean only the mic work, guitar and drum doesn't. So i tested my drums and guitar on my friends wii 3.3u and everything seems to work fine. I am wondering is it gecko os that is causing the instrument to not load up.

Does anybody who own a wii 3.3u NTSC with gecko os got the trucha signed rock band backup to work with its instruments. I want to know is it because the isntrument and peripherals are only compatible with US wii.

If it does i don't know what to do then. Since the xbox360 instruments and ps3 instruments are region free. Why wouldn't the wii one be region free too???

I did talk about it briefly,

but this is a more detail description.
I am posting again because it seems alot of people are having the same problem. Is there a way to put all the rock band threads together?

I want to know if anyone who owns a Wii 3.3U ntsc, loaded the trucha signed backup disk of rock band with gecko os and still got the instrument(guitar+drum) to work.
