Can anyone help with the wiring diagram to make my Wii PAL region free. I believe there are 4 wires to be connected on the 21 wire D2CPro but can't find any site with instructions.

Unfortunately not ggbarnum.
With the 21 wire D2CPro it is only partial region free. When I bought the chip it came with 4 extra wires to make the console region free. I have seen the diagram but can't recall where. The chip is on a V6 clip.
The diagrams in the links you have only show the main links for changing the consoles default region.

Wish I had taken a copy of the diagram at the time I saw it.

Could have went to the D2CPro site and got it from there.

HERE is the link.

To make the Modchip region free you need to connect all 21 wires plus keep Jumper 1 open and close Jumper 2 for PAL systems.
