I bought Wii before few days and i checked its serial number and the site says "There is a 50% chance that your drive chip is a GC2-D2C
There is a 50% chance that the pins on your drive chip are not cut."What should I do?Which is the best mod chip which works with D2C?My serial number is: LU348642771

If you just bought it then you can almost guarantee its either D2C2 or a D2E, either way I would go with the D2Pro V2. It works with all wii's.

Doesn't matter D2pro V2 will work with any wii as I said above. Have a read of some material, search for it in google.

Because I live in Canada i searched in one Canadian mod chip site and there I found :
9 Wire D2Pro - D2PRO9 REV 2
D2PRO9 rev 2.0 with WiiClip v4C Presoldered
D2PRO9 WiiClip V4C Solderless Adapter
D2PRO9 with WiiClip v4C Presoldered
Which should I buy and is that the best D2C mod chip?

And i found that to update the mod chip you must buy J-tag programmer or something.Is that true and if so how much it costs?

You can update it via Jtag or DVD.

I am also in canada, if you want your wii modded professionally I can give you the guy who did mine. Excellent job he did too.
