HI,
I have what I hope is a simple question.
If I want to record a video on to my computer so that I can later burn it to dvd, what is the audio kHz and bitrate. Also for the the video, what is the FPS and bitrate I should record to. Also should I choose variable or fixed video bitrate. (NTSC DVD

I hope someone can help me with the problem. Any help is greatly appriciated.
