Just got a Hacked PSP, what do I go from here

OK, so my friend game me his PSP (Phat) because his memory card died.

All I have is a 1gb Sony Pro Duo card wish works fine with it.

No, when I switched it on I saw it had CFW 3.80 M33 on it so I updated it to 4.01 M33-2 and did the 1.50 kernel addon.

All I have on the memory stick is 2 folders ie. PSP and ISO

Both of these folders are empty. Do I need any additional files or folders on it to make Homebrew and games work..?

I have copied a game .iso to the ISO folder and it played fine

I would like to run apps like Daxiso Loader and Pimpstreamer


Any help would be greatly appreciated

format the memory stick on the psp it will make all the folders for you

so just put any .iso or .cso into the iso folder and then it will pop up on the psp under game (click on the memory stick icon)

Daxiso Loader -< you dont need that

put any homebrew in game gam150 or game401 depending on what kernel it needs to run

Thanx for your help, realy appreciated.

I will need to use dazloader as I only have 2 x 1gb memory cards and the normal game iso's needs to be compressed to make them fit on 1gb

I have tried to download some ripkits, mainly for God Of War but they dont seem to work as I have the EU version and all of them are for USA...

Mainly I just want to get this game to run on my PSP, thats all

daxiso loader is a .iso loader for the psp it was made for 1.50 but since cfw came out its been uneeded as cfw has built in iso loaders

if you need to compress the game you need to rip some audio and videos out as you know you can do this with umd gen v4 (google it)

as well as that you will need to convert the iso to a cso

take note though that games may lag when compressed
