ISO game won't start

I recently got "Bleach Heat The Soul 5". Every time I start the game, the screen just turns black and turns off. Its weird because I have not had this problem with my other games. At first I thought it was a corrupted file, so I got another ISO of that game, but the same thing happened. I even converted the ISO to CSO, but that did not work either. My only guess is that the PSP has problems playing foreign games. Cause with "Bleach Heat The Soul 4", my psp crashes every once in a while. So does my PSP have trouble reading imported game?
My firmware is 3.52 m33.

I'm having this issue with every iso/cso of Dynasty Warriors 2 and Warriors Orochi, I'm using 3.90M33 and every other game I have works fine. I'm wondering whats up because comments on the torrent state that its working but all I get is a black screen as well. except for one WO which stayed at the loading screen. I'm using the USA version so anyone knows whats up?
