ULEAD dvd moviefactory 2 chapters problem

The chapters dont work when playing the movie on my DVD Player.

I can use skipforward or skipbackward buttons in the preview menu but, on my dvd player, the chapters in VCDs or SVCDs(not DVD) are ONLY selectable from the menu, you can't use the skipforward or skipbackward buttons while playing.
