Check this out guys,
Waninkoko just released a new piece of software, it gives the wii owner to completely change the region of the console.
Waninkoko really brought incredible stuffies this week. This guy rules the scene :)

coupled with the downgrader with which u can move towards any firmware, I guess there's no risks. but I havent tried changing the region and updating to a firmware of that region.

So do you just download it burn it to a DVD and put it in your wii or do you need something IN your wii first? (Like a modchip or homebrew channel)

follow the instructions that come with it. You run the rev3 installer if you haven't already got it then you run the app. You do it through the homebreww channel from your SD card.
