I managed to install The Homebrew Channel with the twilight hack. When i start it i get a screen with the bubbles and nothing happens. I checked the wifi settings and they are right.

I don't think i have to open a port in my router do I?

What should happen after the bubbles? What could cause the channel not to go further?

Not sure I fully follow you.

So you select the homebrew channel and you then get the screen that lets you click start or go back to the main menu. You then click on start and nothing happens or you click on start and you go to another screen ?

Do you have any apps to run on your SD card ? Do you have anything on your SD card ?

Ya, that's what happens if you don't have an SD card inserted or if you don't have any apps on the card.

Got it. I thought the channel would show something from the internet. But it runs apps from the sd-card.

Newer Wiis

Newer Wiis prevent the usage of the HackMii Installer for currently unknown reasons (the console will reboot if you try to run it). You cannot currently make a fresh install of the Homebrew Channel on these consoles, but you can still run homebrew with a combination of Bannerbomb and a homebrew loader such as LoadMii or the Wii Homebrew Launcher. As with the October 23 update, fakesigning is disabled.

i installed homebrew channel and neogamma 6 and bootmii can't get any of it to work it loads but will not run anything, any ideas, tried to start the game through neogamma 6 don't know what settings to use it starts and boots to the wii menu
