Hi i have a old school psp the big ones with firmware 2.0

I have some iso of god of war and final fantasy crisis and stuff.

I just ordered an 8 gig mem stick to play a lot of games in one stick becuase most of the new games wont fit on a 1gig stick.

I am asking this because i cant try it out since the games dont fit on my stick.

Do I need to upgrade anything on my psp to run these new games or is firmware 2.0 still the best firmware to run all backups games in the iso format.

I know some of you maybe like just search but yes i have search but i rahter ask the question and get right down to the point because my question maybe different from someone else.

Thank you and I appreciate your help in advance

Damn a new update booooo

Before you start ANYTHING check this its very important if you have that number not to follow my steps or your psp will brick and be useless without pandora battery.

choca here ya go first your going to need to download this now plug your psp into the usb of your computer and connect it Go to my computer and click your psp and go to the folder psp then game and right click and make a new folder and name it UPDATE and place the eboot file in there, It should be named eboot.pbp btw

Now disconnect and plug your psp into the charger and turn the psp on go to game and scroll to the bottom and run the update

now go to this site and follow the instructions

Congrats you hve 1.50 now you need to update to custom firmware to play the iso

download this
now after you download that keep it somewhere for future use it will be easier for you than manually doing it. now click on the exe included in the package and choose your current firmware 1.50 and then choose the latest firmware you can on the right.
and click go.

ok now do what we did before go to game and run the 3.whatever cfw installer
congrats your at whatever cfw

now to put your iso on the psp first go to system and format the memory stick and once thats done plug the psp into your computer and drag iso's into the iso folder

but to compress them for more space for even more games

download this and open your iso in it and convert iso to cso and drag the cso on to your memory stick

thats all you need to know to play games and i hope you change your view on afterdawn

now thumpy whats your question?

Wanna play youtube on your psp heres my guide http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/552565#3342784
