These are all the same company and they are all HORRIBLE!!
They list product as "new/open box" but what you receive you will have about a 50/50 chance that it will be defective. It will surely not be in slightly used or like new conditions.

Not to mention that after the sales their customer service department is non existant. They will not return your emails, they have only one phone number for the sales department that never gets answered.

I saw a few good deals so i decided to test the water first with a fairly simple and inexpensive order. I ordered a Guitar Hero 3 package that included the game and wireless guitar. Total price with shipping about $54.
1. it was ordered 7-22 with a 3 day FedEx which should have meant that i would receive it Friday the 25th. Of course it did not come until Monday the 28th. Strike one!

2. When i got it i went home at lunch to try out the disc. Upon opening the disc case it was very obvoius that it was not going to work. Very large circular scratches on te disc, there was no way in the world that this disc was either checked or tested. Srike 2!

3. Once i did the actual test to confirm that it did not work as i suspected it would not I went back to the web site to get in contact with them. This turned out to be useless. Over a four day period i emailed them 3 times (the only customer service contact they have is an email form), and left one phone message. All of which they ignored and did not return. Stike 3!

4. The only email i did receive from them over the past 4 days is one asking me to go to ResellerRatings.com and give feedback on their service. Funny how they can send you a request for feedback but totally ignor emailing you about your problem. So of course i did go and leave them some feedback.

wish i would have know about this site ahead of time, it would have saved me from doing this test. As you can see their feedback is at best 50/50. Which is not good at all. (wait a minute, aren't you suppose to be out after 3 strikes?)

So if you are looking for a deal and come upon any of these sites (including their links from Pricegrabbers or Ebay) please do yourself a big favor and spend a few extra bucks and shop somewhere else. Because what you see on their site is not what your going to get for your money.

Nah, like i said i did not really do any research. It was a spur of the moment thing. Which is why i bought a $50 items rather then something expensive. They failed the test so they will have no furtsher business from me. I got an email last night that simple said they are sending me another disc. We'll see how that goes. But since it took them a week to respond and they are know for selling crappy/defective products they will still never see any of my business again.

I suppose it has been an all around rough couple of weeks (both work and home life) but i have see quite a bit in my time so not much really phases me these days. They may be able to knock me down, but they will never be able to keep me there :)
