3.52 downgrade - Cant Pandora

Ok, so my friend has an official 3.52 f/w PSP. He only has the standard 32 meg memstick and I have a 1 gig ultra II pro duo, and neither of these work with the magic memory stick installer... ANY of them. it won't write the boot code.

So my question is, I know there is no downgrader for 3.52, but is there any for a higher f/w? and YES I know how to work Pandora, when it first came out (i mean THE DAY it came out) i unbricked my PSP, and from then on i have been using the universal unbricker and getting paid for it.

Any ideas or is he gona have to buy a normal 256 meg???

Look...just buy the 1 giga or 2 giga memory stick..
And why would he buy 256 meg?What is the point of unbricking/to install cfw if you will not play isos?The 256 meg is to small to play isos on your psp...So buy 1 giga or 2 giga memory stick and it has to be pro duo...Then use the guide of larrjlye HERE
