multiplayer doesnt work with CFW?

I have CFW 3.90m, my friend has official 3.95, game in question is power stone collection, and we can't get network play to work for some reason... I hosted for 10 minutes and he still can't even see me in the game list.


P.S Im sure the multi isnt ripped out, since Game Sharing still works

im having a similar problem- i have two PSPs and i cant get them to link. I have tried 3.71/3.90/4.01 m33 CFW and for all three, the game works fine the psp's just cant see each other. I tried both Fight Night and Ridge Racer, neither could connect.

Note: Although both PSPs are modded with the exact same firmware, i was using a .CSO on one and a real disc on the other.
