D2CKey + Clip issue, assistance appreciated!

I just bought a D2CKey Chip and a Wii-Clip to go alongw/ it. Soldered the 30+ wires fine, and the clip fit perectly over the chip. Tested a few of a friend's backups and no go. Originals still work fine so I know I didn't mess anything up. Any input would be GREAT! Thanks in advance guys n gals!

Just because you can still run originals doesn't mean you did not make a mistake/ The fact that you can't run backups pretty much confirms that you did do something wrong.

You could take a picture and post it, but there really isn't much anyone can do other than suggest the obvious.

Hey gg, I read a few other posts after throwing mine up and saw some people talking about compatibility issues between the D2C and D2C2. Do you know if the D2CKey has any issues with this, because I'm not sure how to identify the difference between the 2. My next bit of research ^^
