Google has acquired the web video editing company Omnisio and will use the acquisition to add new editing functions to YouTube. Omnisio creates software that allows users to edit video clips as well as add captions and slideshows to footage. i have been saying youtube should incorporate editing features into there site for years, lol good step forward...i just hope this ends up awfully wrong on there end...Omnisio ???wtf?? google is already knee deep with adobe.... why not break another deal with them???

I'm not a huge YouTube fan, but i can see the lure in some basic editing properties.

actually with video uploaded in max res 1280x720. Youtube give the high quality to stream

just klik the "watch in high quality"

but i agree, the high quality is still not as good as the original .mp4 file.

maybe youtube need to have more options :

watch in high quality
watch the original file
