Hi

I am stuck on fw 3.11 and it wont let me go any further because the keys are broken or something and i need to get back to 1.5 to fix it... Is there a 3.11 downgrader?

Look if the keys are broken, so you can´t even control the psp...
If so, then how the heck are you going to downgrade to 1.50 if can´t even control the psp...
Ok anyway i think there isn´t a 3.11 downgrader...
But if you want to go to 1.50 then use THIS GUIDE
