Put in a NEW SIM from a new Network.
Power on.
Select UNDO with NEW SIM in phone.

Nokia 6103b work with 850 Mhz and 1800 Mhz and 1900 Mhz frequency.
In Lebanon you need 900 Mhz and 1800 Mhz.
You must find a Network in your location that uses 1800 Mhz.
In Lebanon MTC and Alfa use 900 Mhz. ( Ask them )
I do not think a USA three band (frequency) phone will work.
You need a four frequency phone or a two frequency phone with 900/1800 Mhz from Europe.
