Cannot install CFW or OFW

I followed THIS guide exactly how it was meant. Bought the battery and everything.

When I attempt to install CFW 3.71 or OFW 3.71 I get this error message after 10-15seconds

"PSAR decode error pos0x00377720"

Then my PSP shuts off. Inserting an normal bettery just turns it on with no screen.

Please help.

sounds like your idstorage keys may be screwed...can't help anymore than that - sorry

Used another method found on another site

Runnin 4.01 m33-2 with everything. Been flawless ever since.
