Hi, my brother has just decided to run a nail across my hitman bloodmoney and DOA Ultimate games. needless to say that they will not play. i have never made a backup of xbox 1 games for 360 before, and could not use the disk in such a bad state. so i had to acquire the backups else where.
My problem is that when i opened the folder, the file types i had in my hitman folder was a single DAA file and in DOA, many files that i can't seem to find what type they are. but one says SFV. my question is how do i go about burning these files to a disk to be played on my 360? i have looked around here and google to find the answer but with no luck yet. any help please?
more than likely they are .rar or .000 .001 if so, download winrar, and install it. then double click on the .rar1 or .000 file, and it will open in winrar, then there should be a .dvd .iso i believe and drag those into a new folder somewhere on your computer, and burn the .dvd with imageburn. this 'should' work, however im not sure as i do not acquire xbox 1 games, but it should be the same process if you downloaded it.
Yeah they was rar, i feel so stupid to not have found it before. i had rar installed already but they was not showing up as rar files. and when i added .rar to the end of the name and tried, it would then tell me it couldn't find the 001 file. but i found a way around that in the end. as for the DAA file, i used an iso converter. i feel stupid now >_< but thanks for the help i really appreciate it. i guess all i need now is to google search a xbox burning tutorial.
Just one more question, for the life of me i can't find a tutorial on burning xbox 1 games to play on the 360. not on here or on google, yet i am sure there must be one. so i was just wondering, for a xbox 1 game. i just load that up in ss merger right? and then burn it right away? or is there something else i have to do? *Does not burn games often*
