Xbox Backup Creator Problem (pls help!)

Hello everybody, I need some help in using Xbox backup creator. I have everything i need to create backups such as a flashed kreon SH-D162D drive and verbatim DL dvds. Whenever I start Xbox Backup Creator it doesnt let me read the game, it says "This is not a true 1 to 1 copy of the image. See 'Read Me' for more details." I don't know how to get past this problem. Also I tried using Schtrom but that also didnt work. Can any body help me please? Thanks in advance!

you dont need the Verbatim disc till after you have created image..

All i do is but real game in samsung drive, open XBC make sure it has the samsung drive in the drop down box at the top, hit start and browse to where you want image to go on PC... once complete I burn image using image burn.
