after making the pandora battery and the magic memory stick
when i insert the memory card and then the pandora battery in my
phat psp it must start automatically but it does nt please help me

Just the green light and black screen, right?
Yes the problem is in memory stick, you didn´t made it correctly..
Are you on computer with vista, coz on vista making memory stick mybe won´t work?
So try to remake the magic memory stick on computer with windows xp..
If this won´t work then use
THIS GUIDE to install 1.50 and then you will be able to upgrade to cfw; USE THIS to upgrade to cfw
