network adapter: wired
ip adress: connected
dns: connected
mtu: cpnnected
icmp: connedted
xbox live: failed

???? i dont know what to do please help

choose more info on xbox live. it's possible that the system is banned.

this used to happen to me all the time on my xbox and i would just sign off and sign back on sometimes it took a few hours but if that dont work i dont know u could call xbox and im sure they could help you

What cee43ja1 was asking you to do is look. When you can not sign into Xbox Live it usually gives you an error code in the "more information" section of the test. this code would help figure out what the problem may be.

I have only had this happen one time and for me the code listed was because the console was banned due to modification.
