PSP Slim 4.01 M33-2 Downgradable to 1.50 Question

Good Day to you all. I have a PSP Slim that I recently put CFW 4.01 M33-2 on it. When I use the Right Trigger to turn it on, I get a few things I can do. The Left trigger does not seem to do anything.

I really want to use VNC and other stuff made for CFW 1.50. A couple questions I have are:

1) Can a PSP Slim (Star wares Addition 2001 model) be down graded to 1.50?

2) I seen this Time Machine. I tried it and it only goes up to 3.60. Is there a multi-loader that I can switch firmwares on the fly and it supports 4.01 M33-2?

3) Kinda off topic a little, I see that they have Homebrews that support IR keyboards. Does the Slim support IR or only the Fat?

1.No Slim can go to FW 1.50.
2.The Slim can only go to 3.60.
3.Hmmm - No infra red on a slim.
