ps2 just modchip but my dreamcast everything

I installed led so when you plug the controller in it lights up on top of the controller port, and put blue leds in the fan housing,also i installed a gba sp charger cord to its power supply so you can charge gba while playing and it had a switch, I painted it black and it was a model one meaning it can play backups outta the box. cut a 80mm hole in the top and put a fan grill (no fan) and i geuss thats about it, but a year ago the power tripped and it died and im to lazy to fix it

because mine works just like urs !!!
it has the green light on but won't turn it on
and i have 4g sony mspd, and i have used it on both vista and xp.
didn't work !!! it skipped a step from making a mms
because there are ppl saying about some of the 4gs don't work.
so i'm thinking getting a 2g lol
and if it doesn't work, then i need to get a new battery somehow.

i tried Mr dudes guide thing and it didnt work. when i try to open the pandora battery creator it said it couldnt be started.
is it because i havent removed that little pin from the battery?
