my system is over 2 years old & the only time I played live was the first 30 days when system just purchased, no live ever since.
Meanwhile since over a year have hacked the sytem so i can play back-up. Now I want to try live again, is it even worth the risk or would I be banned from live?
I am also trying to recover/modify my old account info but nothing can be found.
I've looked at the xbox guide on the internet which states:
A) go to your profile & sign in
B) when in game profile go to account management, this is where I don't see no account management, where exactly am i suppose to find this & how do i get there?

you can play live and their is a chance your xbox will get banned that is a chance you will have to take playing your backups on live and to get to account mangement i do belive you just click the middle button when signed in and scroll down and one should be account mangement and if you cant find it their look on the dashboard im sure you can find it and if you cant call xbox live support im sure they will help you

Tks for your reply. I've looked again & still can't find account management, what I can do is to create a new profile, this seems to work but I;m sure there is a way to recover info/account management on initial profile, I'll try conracting xbox live support & see what they have to say.
What if i play original xbox 360 games (not back-up) can my system still be detected & be banned from live.

as soon you plug that box in they know everything. wether they care or not is up to their boss. once you get on live you at risk, no if's and's or but's and no way around it.
