Need help getting installing CFW on a phat psp 2.8

I have a psp with firmware 2.6 updated to 2.8 official firmware. I read the sticky on how to downgrade but the link doesn't work. I also got another psp premodded with CFW 3.71 M33 if that helps.

Can someone help me or link me to a guide that will tell me how to downgrade my firmware?

from reading the first guide, I can't find the 2.80 downgrader from the website dl.qj.net

as for the 2nd guide, I'd rather not use a pandora battery if I don't have to.
